1. May I ask if this equipment supports customization? (size/feature/parameter/voltage/language, etc.)

Answer: Customization is supported. The size, function, technical parameters, voltage (220V/380V/415V, etc.), and operating language (English/local language) can be adjusted according to customer needs. Specific details can be discussed and confirmed.

2. What are the core configurations, materials, and technical parameters of the equipment?

Answer: The core configurations all use high-quality brand components; the main structure uses thickened national standard steel, which is sturdy and durable; detailed technical parameters (power, output, size, weight, efficiency, etc.) can be provided in the official parameter table.

3. Are there options for models, specifications, and power? What are the differences?

Answer: There are multiple models, specifications, and power options available. The main differences are in output, processing size, floor area, motor power, and application scenarios. We can recommend the optimal model based on your needs.

4. Does the equipment meet export standards/CE/ISO and other certifications?

Answer: The equipment is produced in accordance with export standards and has CE, ISO9001, etc. related international certifications, which can meet the customs clearance and usage requirements of most countries.

 

2. Price and payment types

1. What is the equipment price: FOB, CIF or EXW? What contents are included?

Answer: The regular price is EXW factory price, and FOB, CIF, etc. prices can also be provided; the price includes the equipment itself, standard accessories, tools, and instructions, but does not include freight, insurance, tariffs, and third-party fees.

2. Are there wholesale/agency/batch purchase discount prices?

Answer: Wholesale, agency, and batch purchase are supported. The larger the quantity, the more favorable the price. Exclusive agency price/cooperation price can be applied for.

3. What payment methods are supported? (T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, etc.)

Answer: Support various international common payment methods such as T/T (electronic transfer), L/C (credit letter), Western Union remittance, PayPal, Alibaba credit guarantee, etc.

4. How long is the quotation validity period?

Answer: The regular quotation validity period is 7-15 days. Due to fluctuations in raw material prices, the final price is subject to the signed contract.

3. Delivery time and shipping

1. How long is the production/shipping cycle after placing an order?

Answer: Regular off-the-shelf equipment is delivered within 25-30 days; customized equipment is delivered within 30-50 days, which is subject to the confirmation time of the order.

2. What packaging is used for the equipment? (wooden box/iron frame/anti-humidity packaging/export-specific packaging)

Answer: Use export standard glued board wooden box/iron frame packaging, which is anti-humidity, shockproof, and resistant to bumps, suitable for long-distance sea/land/air transportation.

3. What shipping method is used? Sea transportation/Air transportation/land transportation? From which port is it dispatched?

Answer: Mainly sea transportation, but air transportation, express delivery, and land transportation can also be arranged; the main departure ports in China are Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, etc.

4. Can logistics/declaration/clearance be arranged on your behalf? Are export documents provided?

Answer: We can handle logistics, declaration, and clearance services on your behalf, and provide a complete set of formal export clearance documents for free.

5. What is the volume, weight, and number of boxes for the goods?

Answer: Different models have different volumes and weights. It is recommended to use open-top containers.

4. Installation, commissioning, and operation

1. Is the equipment tested and debugged before leaving the factory? Can it be used upon arrival?

Answer: All equipment is tested and tested before leaving the factory, and installation personnel need to be on-site to assist with installation.

2. Are installation videos/operation manuals/drawings provided? What language is it in?

Answer: Free English version operation manual, installation video, electrical drawings, maintenance manual are provided. Multiple language versions can be provided as needed.

3.Is on-site installation, commissioning, and training supported? How is the cost calculated?

Answer: We support on-site services. Engineers can go abroad for installation, commissioning, and operation training. The equipment user pays for the expenses including air tickets, accommodation, visas, and labor costs. The specific details will be negotiated.

4. Is the equipment operation simple? Does it require professional operation?

Answer: The equipment is designed in a user-friendly way. It is simple and easy to learn to operate. Young workers can start working after simple training.

5. Warranty and After-sales Section

1. How long is the equipment warranty period? (For the entire machine/core components separately)

Answer: The entire machine has a 1-year warranty. Minor parts are not covered by the warranty.

2. How to handle problems during the warranty period? Will free repair or replacement of parts be provided?

Answer: During the warranty period, if it is not caused by human error and is a quality issue, it can be repaired or replaced for free. Guidance for repair will also be provided.

3. How to ensure after-sales maintenance and spare parts supply after the warranty period?

Answer: We will provide lifelong after-sales maintenance services. Spare parts will be supplied at a stable price for a long time. Only the cost will be charged to ensure the long-term use of the equipment.

4. Do we provide remote technical support, video guidance services?

Answer: We provide 7×24-hour remote video, telephone, and WeChat technical support to quickly solve usage problems.

5. Are spare parts included with the goods or supplied separately? What is the price?

Answer: A set of common spare parts is randomly included. Various spare parts will be supplied at a long-term low price. The price is transparent.

6. Certificate and Document Section

1. What export documents can be provided? (Packing list, invoice, bill of lading, origin certificate, CE, etc.)

Answer: We can provide a complete set of customs clearance documents including packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, CE certificate, ISO certificate, origin certificate, quality inspection report, etc.

2. Do we provide operation manuals, circuit diagrams, maintenance manuals?

Answer: We provide complete English operation manuals, circuit diagrams, layout diagrams, and maintenance manuals. They will be sent along with the equipment.

3. Can we issue proforma invoices or commercial invoices?

Answer: We can issue formal proforma invoices PI and commercial invoices CI, which comply with international trade cooperation requirements.

7. Other Services Section

1. Do we provide sample testing, factory inspection, or video inspection services?

Answer: We support free trial machine testing upon incoming materials. Customers are welcome to come to the factory for on-site inspection. Real-time video inspection and on-site test videos can also be provided.

2. Do we support OEM (branding) or ODM (customization)?

Answer: We support OEM branding and ODM customization. We can print the customer's logo, packaging, and manual to meet brand promotion needs.

3. What are the precautions for daily maintenance and maintenance of the equipment?

Answer: Regularly check the wiring, add lubricating oil, clean debris, keep dry and ventilated. Detailed maintenance procedures can be found in the manual.

4. What is the fastest solution for equipment failure?

Answer: Contact us immediately. We will quickly troubleshoot and solve the problem through remote video guidance. If spare parts are needed, we will arrange for the delivery by express as soon as possible.
