European Clients Visit Shandong ShiGuang Machinery for Truss Welding Line Tour
Shandong ShiGuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (ShiGuang Machinery), a leading manufacturer of intelligent steel bar processing equipment, recently hosted European clients for an on-site visit to its CNC Truss Welding Production Line facility in Jining, Shandong. During the tour, clients toured the automated production workshop, witnessing the entire process-from steel bar straightening, feeding, and arc bending to resistance spot welding, fixed-length cutting, and palletizing. The line's high efficiency (up to 130–150m/min), precision (length error within ±1mm), and flexible configuration for various truss sections were highlighted. ShiGuang Machinery's engineers provided live demonstrations, explaining how the equipment meets EU quality and safety standards while delivering cost-effective, low-carbon production for floor deck, precast component, and infrastructure projects.
The European delegation expressed strong interest in the line's modular design, energy efficiency, and compliance with international certifications. Discussions focused on customized solutions for regional project requirements and after-sales service frameworks, with both sides agreeing to advance cooperation in the European market.
