This equipment consists of an automatic main rebar feeding system, a main rebar detection, positioning, and welding system, a spiral rebar welding system, and a rebar cage discharge system, requiring no manual intervention during the welding process.
It features high welding efficiency; the time required to weld one main rebar is less than 35 seconds, and the welding time for each weld point can be configured and saved according to the process, saving labor while significantly improving welding efficiency.
It ensures continuous and rapid welding; a 9-meter to 12-meter rebar cage skeleton can typically be welded in about 20 minutes, and the spiral rebar can generally be wound and welded in about 25 minutes.
The welding quality is excellent, with no cold joints, ensuring reliable quality. Precise control over welding time and position saves welding materials.
The system supports pre-setting multiple sets of rebar cage specification parameters. Workers can directly call up the data and operate with one-touch on the touchscreen during processing. The assembly-line-style working method is simple and intuitive, with a high degree of automation.
