A dual-motor collaborative drive mode is adopted: the first motor drives the lateral displacement of the mounting frame through sprocket transmission, while the second motor drives the rollers to achieve uniform rotation of the rebar cage. A 2024 patent shows that the walking and rotating mechanism achieves precise displacement and axial rotation of the rebar cage through a linear drive device (screw structure) and a rotary drive device (gear set).
The number of personnel required for rebar cutting is reduced from 3-4 to 1, and manual labor in the threading and grinding process is reduced by 50%. Compared with traditional processes, the processing qualification rate increases to 98.7%, and the raw material loss rate decreases by 1.2 percentage points. The intelligent rebar cage welding robot has a daily production capacity of 120 linear meters and can handle a maximum rebar diameter of 1200mm.
The support frame uses a lifting mechanism to achieve adjustable support height, and the telescopic support plate can adapt to rebar cages with diameters of 1.2-3.0 meters. The connecting rod adopts a threaded fit and spring structure, with an adjustable spring compression range of up to 50mm, suitable for processing rebar cages of different specifications. The limiting block works in conjunction with the multi-position limiting rod to ensure a positioning accuracy error of less than 2‰.
Patents include: a movable modular frame structure; a dual-cylinder drive for the unloading assembly; and a dual-spring shock absorption system for the buffer component. Jianke Machinery's welding forming machine patents cover international classification numbers such as B21F27/10, achieving a stirrup winding accuracy error of ≤1.5mm.
