The upgrade plan covers our core flagship equipment: automatic rebar cage welding workstation, fully automatic steel truss welding production line, CNC rebar bending center, integrated intelligent rebar cutting & threading line. Five intelligent modules are added and renovated: high-speed servo drive system, AI vision automatic feeding & sorting module, cloud-based production data monitoring platform, automatic material handling robot and independent fault early warning system.
After renovation, the whole rebar processing line supports minimal-manpower operation and stable 24-hour non-stop production.
