Rebar Reinforcement Machinery: This mainly includes rebar cold drawing machines, rebar cold drawing machines, rebar cold rolling and twisting machines, cold-rolled ribbed rebar forming machines, etc. Its processing principle is to apply a force exceeding the rebar's yield point, causing the rebar to undergo different forms of deformation, thereby increasing the rebar's strength and hardness and reducing plastic deformation.
2. Rebar Forming Machinery: This includes rebar straightening and cutting machines, rebar cutting machines, rebar bending machines, rebar mesh forming machines, etc. Their function is to process raw rebar into the required shapes to meet the requirements of the rebar skeleton for various concrete structures.
3. Rebar Welding Machinery: This mainly includes rebar welding machines, rebar spot welding machines, rebar mesh forming machines, rebar electroslag pressure welding machines, etc., used for welding in rebar forming.
4. Rebar Prestressing Machinery: This mainly includes tensioning machines and upsetting machines composed of electric oil pumps and jacks, used for rebar prestressing operations.
