Composition of the Hydraulic System The hydraulic system of a loading and unloading platform generally consists of an oil tank, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valves, cylinders, and water pipes. The oil tank holds the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic pump generates hydraulic pressure, the hydraulic valves are key components controlling the flow of the hydraulic fluid, and the cylinders are the key components for loading and unloading.
Working Principle of the Hydraulic System The working principle of a hydraulic system is based on the pump applying pressure to the fluid, which is then transmitted to the cylinders through valves and pipes, thereby driving the cylinders to move. The specific steps are as follows:
The hydraulic pump draws hydraulic oil from the oil tank, forming high-pressure fluid.
The hydraulic valves control the flow direction and pressure of the fluid. Depending on the control method, hydraulic valves can be divided into manual valves and automatic valves.
When the hydraulic valves control the pumping of fluid into the cylinders of the loading and unloading platform, the cylinders begin to move due to the high pressure of the hydraulic oil.
The hydraulic pump controls the flow direction of the fluid, causing it to flow back from the cylinders to the oil tank, completing one working cycle of the hydraulic system.
