The automatic rebar bending machine is capable of processing standard cold-rolled and hot-rolled round steel bars, as well as deformed steel bars. It accommodates single-wire diameters ranging from Φ6 mm to 12 mm and double-wire diameters ranging from Φ6 mm to 10 mm.
Equipped with a CNC servo system and an internationally renowned brand PLC control system, it achieves a fully automatic, uninterrupted bending and forming processing flow.
It combines functions such as steel bar straightening, fixed-length cutting, stirrup bending, and shearing, simultaneously meeting the precision requirements for steel bar processing, truly achieving multi-purpose use in one machine.
The traction and pressing force can be digitally controlled based on the steel bar diameter, and the bending action is electronically monitored, making operation simpler and work more stable.
Both the traction and bending functions utilize high-power servo motors, ensuring operation under full load or even overload conditions.
The automatic rebar bending machine features a dual-station bending shaft mechanism and a variety of optional dies, enabling it to bend stirrups in sizes ranging from 100 mm to 1380 mm.
The production capacity can reach up to 1800 stirrups per hour, equivalent to the productivity of multiple workers, while also enabling material savings.
