1. Rebar Support and Feeding Mechanism
The rebar support mechanism employs a crank-rocker linkage structure; while lifting the rebar, it simultaneously conveys it smoothly to a position above the bending head, significantly reducing the physical labor required of the operator during the feeding process.
All support rods are driven synchronously by a motor and reducer assembly, ensuring excellent motion synchronization and smooth, reliable transmission.
2. Bending Head Traverse Mechanism
The numerical control steel bar vertical bending center employs a flexible rack-and-pinion engagement design, effectively resolving the issue of incomplete engagement caused by manufacturing tolerances.
The rack features a thickened profile to enhance rigidity, ensuring that the positioning and traverse of the bending head are both highly precise and stable.
3. Bending Spindle Structure
Featuring a splined shaft design, the bending spindle is precision-machined from high-quality alloy steel using specialized processing techniques.
It boasts high structural strength and excellent wear resistance, ensuring a longer service life and exceptional resistance to deformation even under prolonged heavy-load processing conditions.
4. Automatic Rebar Unloading Device
Both the left and right bending heads, as well as the clamping units, are equipped with automatic rebar unloading hooks; this enables automatic unloading even when processing long rebar lengths, eliminating the need for manual assistance.
5. Metal Chip Protection Design
The bending disc is fitted with a protective cover designed to collect metal chips, preventing them from falling into the reducer assembly-thereby avoiding abrasive wear and extending the service life of critical components.
6. Bending Head Mounting Configuration
The bending heads feature an inclined mounting design, facilitating easy loading and unloading of rebar and accommodating a wide range of rebar specifications.
7. Rebar Clamping Device
Driven by a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, the device clamps the rebar simultaneously from both sides, ensuring uniform and stable clamping force.
No manual adjustment of the clamps is required when switching between different rebar specifications, offering high adaptability and significantly boosting operational efficiency.
8. Servo Drive and Precision Control
The traverse movements and bending actions of both the left and right bending heads are driven by servo motors, ensuring highly responsive operation and exceptional bending precision.
9. Safety Protection System
The operating system incorporates comprehensive safety logic: should the photoelectric sensor responsible for monitoring the bending process malfunction, the equipment will automatically halt continuous bending operations to prevent potential mechanical damage to the machine structure.
10. Control System and Database Functionality
The numerical control steel bar vertical bending center is equipped with a high-capacity graphic database capable of storing over 300 types of steel bar processing patterns.
It supports "one-touch" configuration for complex bending patterns-such as large-radius arcs and rebar with variable-length segments-eliminating the need to manually input parameters for each operation and thereby significantly enhancing programming efficiency.
