The GW55D uses a fully enclosed gearbox separated from the work plate, which will not deform even under heavy load and will not leak oil when lifting the machine.
• Gears, gear shafts, working discs, stop gauges, saddles, pile heads and pile head bushings are made of high quality alloy steel with proper heat treatment (quenching/tempering) and 2mm thick outer casing to ensure high performance under heavy loads and long working life.
• Dust-proof brake motor and two limit switches ensure bending angle accuracy also after stopping and restarting. Latching disc and removable saddle for precise adjustment of bending angle.
