Concrete Casting Line Structure

Colored concrete components and tools include: release powder, color hardener, protective agent, emulsion, stamping molds, and paper molds.

Stamping series (imprinted concrete) refers to decorating the concrete surface with color hardener, release powder, and protective agent while laying cast-in-place concrete, using the color and texture of the concrete surface to create the visual effects of natural stone, bluestone, granite, or even wood.

Paper mold series involves selecting a paper mold template, arranging it on the newly poured cement surface, spraying the color hardener onto the template area, leveling it, allowing it to dry and set, removing the template, cleaning the surface, and then applying a protective agent for long-lasting shine.

Spraying series involves evenly applying the spray material to the cement surface using a spraying method, transforming a dull cement surface into a smooth, brightly colored surface with special textures or patterns. This series of standard colors can be combined to create countless colors, and is inexpensive, easy to apply, and suitable for large-area use. The sprayed floor coating has the characteristics of wear resistance, durability, waterproofing, and slip resistance. It has a long service life, with the floor guaranteed for at least 20 years and the walls for even longer. Moreover, it will not peel or fade under sun and rain, and it can also add waterproofing to cement walls and solve the problem of water seepage in swimming pools.
