Efficient Empowerment for Southwest Development! Steel Truss Welding Line Shipped to Chengdu
Recently, a complete set of steel bar truss welding production line was fully packed and dispatched from the factory area, officially bound for Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It will inject strong impetus of automation into the local prefabricated building industry.
Integrating steel bar straightening, positioning and bending, high-precision welding, automatic shearing and stacking, the production line realizes full-process automated production from raw steel bars to finished trusses. Equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC intelligent control system, the equipment supports flexible adjustment of truss height (70-270mm) and width (70-90mm), with a production speed of up to 10-16m/min. The web pitch can be accurately adjusted within 190-210mm. It can efficiently produce trusses for floor slabs and PC steel trusses for prefabricated buildings, widely adapting to diverse construction scenarios such as residences, high-speed sleepers, and industrial plants.
Based on servo drive and pneumatic welding technology, the equipment features firm welding spots, dimensional error control within ±0.15mm, significantly improving the stability of component quality. Meanwhile, it reduces labor costs by over 30% and shortens project construction period by about 30%[8]. This shipment to Chengdu will support the transformation of construction industrialization in the southwest region and promote the large-scale application of new components such as non-demolition floor bearing plates .
