Hydraulic Loading And Unloading Platform Operating Procedures

Sep 14, 2025

Pre-operation Preparations
1. Operators must undergo professional training and understand the operating principles and performance of the hydraulic loading and unloading platform.
2. Before operation, inspect the appearance of the hydraulic loading and unloading platform to ensure there is no damage, cracks, oil leaks, etc.
3. Check the hydraulic system to ensure the oil level in the tank is normal and the hydraulic oil is clean and free of impurities.

4. Check the electrical system to ensure there is no damage or short circuit in the wiring, and that switches, buttons, indicator lights, etc., are functioning properly.

5. Check the outriggers to ensure they can firmly support the platform and prevent it from tilting.

6. Check safety devices, such as limit switches and safety guardrails, to ensure they are functioning correctly.

Operating Steps
1. Start the hydraulic system and observe whether the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, and other equipment are operating normally.

2. Lower the platform to the ground and adjust the outriggers to a level position.

3. Adjust the platform height as needed to ensure platform stability.

4. When loading and unloading on the platform, ensure the center of gravity of the goods on the platform is balanced to avoid tilting.

5. During loading and unloading operations, walking, standing, or placing tools or other items on the platform is strictly prohibited.

6. During operation, pay attention to the hydraulic system pressure to prevent overpressure operation.

7. After loading and unloading operations are completed, lower the platform to the ground and shut down the hydraulic system.

Operating Precautions

1. Overloading of the hydraulic loading and unloading platform is strictly prohibited; ensure the platform's load-bearing capacity meets requirements.

2. Using the platform when the hydraulic system pressure is abnormal, the hydraulic oil level is insufficient, or the electrical system is faulty is strictly prohibited.

3. Loading and unloading operations are strictly prohibited when the platform is tilted or the outriggers are not secured.

4. Maintenance, refueling, and water addition operations are strictly prohibited while the platform is in operation.

5. High-altitude operations are strictly prohibited while the platform is in operation.

6. Operators must not leave their posts while the platform is in operation.

7. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from operating the hydraulic loading and unloading platform.

Post-Operation Maintenance

1. After the operation is completed, lower the platform to the ground and shut down the hydraulic system.

2. Clean the hydraulic system, removing oil and impurities.

3. Inspect the hydraulic system, electrical system, outriggers, and other components to ensure there is no damage, cracks, or oil leaks.

4. Regularly maintain the hydraulic system and change the hydraulic oil.

5. Regularly inspect the electrical system to ensure there is no damage or short circuits in the wiring.

6. Regularly inspect the outriggers to ensure they can firmly support the platform.

By following these operating procedures, the safe and stable operation of the hydraulic loading and unloading platform during loading and unloading operations can be ensured. Operators must strictly adhere to the operating procedures to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.
