Pre-Operation Requirements
1. Equipment Inspection
Before starting the machine each day, check that the power supply is intact (insulation resistance ≥ 1MΩ, refer to GB 5226.1-2019) and that the hydraulic system oil level is within the specified range (e.g., hydraulic oil volume must reach 80% of the tank capacity).
Pay special attention to the wear of the cutting tools: Cutting blades with an edge thickness exceeding 0.5mm must be replaced (according to JGJ 107-2016).
2. Safety Protection
Operators must wear protective equipment (cut-resistant gloves, goggles, safety shoes). The closed state of the equipment protective cover must be detected by a photoelectric sensor (sensing distance ≤ 10cm).
Warning lines must be set up in the processing area (≥ 1.5m from the equipment). Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering.
Key Control Points in Processing
1. Parameter Settings
The bending machine angle error must be controlled within ±1° (GB 1499.2-2018 requirement), and the speed must not exceed the rated value (e.g., bending speed of Φ12mm steel bars ≤ 5r/min).
Cutting length tolerance: ±2mm for steel bars with a diameter ≤25mm, ±3mm for >25mm (JGJ 18-2012).
2. Operational Prohibitions
Overloading is prohibited (e.g., continuous processing of steel bars with a rated power of 10kW and a diameter greater than Φ40mm should not exceed 30 minutes).
When processing threaded steel bars, a special thread rolling wheel (module error ≤0.1mm) must be used to avoid substandard thread forming.
Equipment Maintenance and Emergency Handling
1. Daily Maintenance
Lubricate the guide rails every 8 hours (using ISO VG68 hydraulic oil), and clean accumulated metal shavings weekly (to prevent blockage and motor overheating; temperature rise limit ≤60℃). - Calibrate sensor accuracy monthly (e.g., length measurement errors must be corrected to within ±0.5mm).
2. Troubleshooting
In case of a sudden power outage, immediately turn off the power switch and manually reset the robotic arm to a safe position (refer to Chapter 4.2 of the equipment manual for emergency procedures).
If abnormal vibration occurs (amplitude > 0.2mm), stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting, checking for loose foundation bolts or spindle eccentricity.
